Our presenters are industry experts and work closely with our scripters and editors to ensure the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of the topics are clearly explained. They’re pretty epic humans too:

Jake Stolte one of the Get Milking presenters

Jake Stolte is Assistant Herd Manager on a 1300 cow farm in the South Wairarapa. He always wanted to be a dairy farmer, so back in 2018 when he was offered the chance to take up a job as a relief milker on a 500 cow farm on the Taieri Plain down by Dunedin he jumped at the opportunity. Half a year later he was given the privilege of taking up a full time job on his uncle’s 500 cow split calving farm near Masterton, and stayed there for 3½ years, moving from Farm Assistant to Herd Manager by the second year. With dreams of bigger things, he searched for jobs in the largest scale dairy operations in my region, and finally settled at his current job.
